There are certain operations you usually want to perform on several segments at the same time. Such an operation is copying the content of source segments into empty target segments. This feature comes handy when you want to export your translation before finishing it. You may also want to confirm and update many or all rows at the same time, just as there may be some situations when you want to clear all translations. These operations are called bulk document actions. Before you start any of them, you need to define first the scope of the required actions and the status of the segments you want to be affected by the change. You can specify these settings after clicking on the related commands on the Preparation ribbon tab: Copy source to target where empty and Clear translations. Specify the confirm and update rows settings on the Translation ribbon tab.
