What to change section
You can refine your scope settings by choosing the original status that needs to be changed. For example, if you choose to change the status of Translator confirmed segments only, memoQ will not touch segments in the Reviewer 2 confirmed status.
•All rows in scope radio button: Choose this radio button if you want to change the status of all segments in the scope, regardless of their original status. •Only rows with the following status radio button: Choose this if you want to restrict the change to segments with specific status or statuses. ▪Translator confirmed check box: If this is checked, the change affects segments originally in the Confirmed status. ▪Edited check box: If this is checked, the change affects segments originally in the Edited status. ▪Reviewer 1 confirmed check box: If this is checked, the change affects segments originally in the Reviewer 1 confirmed status. ▪Reviewer 2 confirmed check box: If this is checked, the change affects segments originally in the Proofread status. ▪Pre-translated check box: If this is checked, the change affects segments originally in the Pre-translated status.
New status settings
In this section, you can choose the new status for the affected segments. You can choose from three settings: Edited, Not started, or Pre-translated. memoQ does not change the status of a segment to Pre-translated if the segment does not have a non-zero match rate from an earlier pre-translation.
Note: You cannot confirm segments using this command. Neither can you set them to Reviewer 2 confirmed (proofread).
